Ankita Bhandari murder: Teen's family asks why U'khand resort was razed when it had evidences, refuses cremation
The WhatsApp exchanges of Ankita Bhandari, who was allegedly boggled by the BJP leader's son and others, will be probed by the SIT platoon. The family of the departed has refused to perform last solemnities and demanded that the necropsy report should be handed over to them.
The family of the 19- time-old boggled Uttarakhand teenager, Ankita Bhandari, has refused to perform the last solemnities as they've demanded handing over of the posthumous first. The father of the girl has also questioned the Uttarakhand government over the obliteration of the resort and asked," Why was the resort razed when it had substantiation?"
The SIT platoon, which is now probing the case, will now probe the WhatsApp exchanges of the teen. She had bared to one of her close musketeers that she was forced to give' special service' to guests at the resort.
The resort proprietor, Pulkit Arya, who also happens to be BJP leader Vinod Arya's son, its director and adjunct director were arrested on Friday and transferred to 14- day judicial guardianship. The necropsy report of Ankita revealed that she failed due to drowning and there were findings of injuries on the body before death, suggestive of blunt force trauma.
As the contended murder of Ankita Bhandari sparked demurrers, Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami ordered an SIT inquiry into the incident and said' harshest discipline' would be given to the indicted. The SIT would also probe Ankita's WhatsApp exchanges where she told one of her close musketeers that Pulkit Arya and directors of the resort where she worked were mounting pressure on her to give' special services' to guests.
" We've called every hand in the resort to the police station; will take everyone's statements. We are running a full background analysis on the resort. Ankita's WhatsApp exchanges that have surfaced are also being probed," DIG PR Devi, SIT in- charge told ANI.

" We have not yet entered the proper posthumous report, but will hopefully admit it moment," DIG said.
The family of the deceased said that they will not perform the last solemnities till the final posthumous report is out in the public sphere. They've also demanded that the case must be heard by a fast- track court and the indicted must be hanged. Police recovered her body from the Chilla conduit in Rishikesh on Saturday morning.
" We will not conduct her last solemnities until her posthumous report is given. We saw in her provisional report that she was beaten up and was thrown in a swash. But we are awaiting the final report," said Ajay Singh Bhandari, family of Ankita Bhandari.
